PROGRAMS

 The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program at Living Waters HoH serves adults who are experiencing difficulties functioning in their home and/or community due to mental health or substance use issues, or both. Our goal is to help our clients restore the skills and abilities essential for them to reach an optimal level of independence and self-sufficiency. We provide each client with the tools necessary to successfully integrate themselves in their community, obtain and maintain employment, and build healthy social relationships. Our consumers are actively involved in setting personal goals and identifying the tasks needed to attain and sustain effective functioning in their lives. At the core of the program is a life skills curriculum that helps clients understand their issues and develop coping strategies for lasting health and well-being. 

 Living Waters HoH offers a wide variety of substance use counseling programs and services to meet your individualized needs. 

• INDIVIDUAL - Individual substance use counseling is our most common treatment approach. Any issues or symptoms our clients are experiencing can be treated in a comfortable one-on-one environment.  

• FAMILY - Substance use can have significantly damaging effects on an entire family. Family counseling can help address affected relationships, help in changing family dynamics and interactions that are contributing or supporting maladaptive behavior, and provide better understanding on how to better support someone struggling with substance use. 

• GROUP - Living Waters HoH believes that sharing experiences with others in similar situations has important therapeutic benefits that have traditionally helped those struggling with substance use. 

 Living Waters HoH provides a drug and substance-free environment which gives our consumers the best possible environment to thrive. Substance screenings aid us at Living Waters HoH in identifying those consumers who have or are at risk as well as those who need further assessment to diagnose and/or treat them.  

• SUBSTANCE USE SCREENING AND EVALUATION - Substance use evaluations are provided to determine the extent of use, abuse or dependence on alcohol and/or drugs. This evaluation will help guide treatment and make additional recommendations based on each person’s individual needs.

• DRUG TESTING - Comprehensive drug testing is available at Living Waters HOH Testing may be needed for court-mandated clients and used as needed for clients voluntarily seeking treatment.

Living Waters HoH provides a full spectrum of psychiatric services. Our licensed psychiatrists are trained physicians who diagnose and treat mental health and substance use conditions. A psychiatric evaluation helps determine the need for medication and makes specific treatment recommendations. Psychiatric treatment and medication management are available through our licensed psychiatrists, as well as, our highly qualified psychiatric nurse practitioners.  

• THERAPEUTIC DAY PROGRAMS - Living Waters HoH offers a variety of day programs for those struggling with substance use.

• DAY TREATMENT - Day treatment services allow our clients to function successfully in the community by stabilizing and addressing their behavior and symptoms. 

 Living Waters HoH is available 24 hours each day and 7 days each week to respond to a crisis or emergency situation. If you are experiencing an emergency, please dial 911 immediately. Otherwise, call our main number. Follow the prompts to speak to someone who can help. We are here to assist you through your crisis and help provide, or link you to, the services you need. Just reach out to us and we’re here for you. 

 Living Waters HoH will assist you and your loved ones with referrals and/or information when more intensive services such as detoxification, inpatient hospitalization, or residential treatment may be needed.
